Nebilah has started to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in downtown Vancouver since just after the Olympics in 2010. She graduated from The West Coast College of Massage Therapy (3000 hour program) in New Westminster, BC in 2009. She is a member of good standing with the RMTBC and the CMTBC. Before she decided to become an RMT, Nebilah was very keen on energy and alternative healing modalities. She is a Reiki Master and has been a Member of the Canadian Reiki Association since its inception in 2004. She loves a good book, and is an avid hiker. As a past dancer and running enthusiast, she also understands the importance of physical therapeutic maintenance and upkeep for a vital and healthy lifestyle. A fairly new resident of Nanaimo since 2018, she is excited and honoured to bring her skill set and her healing work here. She has a passion for continued learning of human anatomy and physiology as well as the more subtle workings of energy, breath, and meditation. Nico is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. What drew her to the practice is its versatile nature. She is an advocate of both clinical and holistic approaches to medicine, and has witnessed the healing powers of massage therapy both personally and professionally. As a result, Nico takes the time to understand all her client’s needs and recognizes that each treatment should be tailored to match the needs of the individual. Although qualified to work with various conditions, Nico is passionate about chronic pain management, injury rehabilitation and stress reduction. Specializing in sound healing, breathwork, bodywork, holistic counselling, and process work, Kyla provides a supportive space for individuals to explore deeper layers within themselves, address root challenges, and cultivate a stronger, more authentic connection to self and others. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, trust-building, and compassionate care, guiding clients toward their true nature, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.

Sound healing is integral to Kyla’s practice, informed by her background in music and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from McGill University. She is currently deepening her expertise at the Grof® Legacy Psychedelic Training Academy, working toward certification as a Grof® Legacy Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Therapist in 2025, and is studying to become a psychotherapist in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program.

Lynne has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the 3000 hr West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, BC in 2001. Her other studies have included a Bachelor of Health Science degree, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Yoga (500+hrs). She is continually advancing her education through workshops involving mindfulness, myofascial release and has a new interest in somatics.

She has also instructed and practiced as a clinical supervisor at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (Victoria) for several years before her move up island. Lynne established The Solace Centre in 2007 here in Nanaimo.
